How long does it take to deliver?

Since all of our products are despatched from our UK or European warehouses, standard delivery to Hong Kong and Macao is between 8-15 working days. You will receive the tracking information once it is shipped.

What is the delivery charge?

We offer free delivery on orders above HK$750 to HK.

Orders under HK$550: Shipping fee of HK$75
Orders between HK$550 and HK$750: Shipping fee of HK$45
Orders over HK$750: Free shipping

凡購物滿HK$1650，我們都提供免費送貨服務寄往澳門。

訂單金額滿HK$1650即享免運費。
如果訂單金額介於HK$1110-HK$1649，將需付HK$100的運費。
如果訂單金額介於HK$550-HK$1099，將需付HK$150的運費。
如果訂單金額低於HK$549，將需付HK$200的運費。

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email with tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

How can I track my parcel?

1. Use the tracking link in your email.

2. Once the parcel leaves the UK, it usually takes around 10 working days to reach Hong Kong. The status will show: PARCEL PROCESSED IN COUNTRY OF DESTINATION (Location: HK).

3. After it arrives in Hong Kong, use the “Carrier Tracking: Lxxxxxx” 13 numbers from the tracking link to check the delivery with Hong Kong Post.

I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

Please check the tracking information sent to your email address. 

Please check your letter box to see if you have received a notification from the post office, you may need to collect the parcel from a nearby post office.

Our standard delivery takes up to 15 days to ship to Hong Kong and Macao. If you have not received your parcel after the timeframe, please get in touch with our customer service. 

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver to over 200 countries worldwide. We also have over 40 localised websites from which you can place your order in local currencies. Please read the local regulations before purchasing the products as your shipping destinations may have different importation regulations.
