WHAT IS NOVASOL® CURCUMIN?

NovaSOL® is a micellar delivery system that converts curcumin into a fully water-soluble and pH-stable form, allowing it to be delivered into the blood plasma with increased oral bioavailability (5).

NovaSOL® technology has been shown to have an improved solubility compared to native curcumin. This allows it to be delivered into the blood plasma with 185-fold higher bioavailability (1).

What is curcumin? A common spice and food-colouring agent, curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. Our convenient curcumin capsules contain added vitamin D3 to maintain normal bones, muscles and support your immune system – keeping upi pm track for your fitness goals (2,3,4).

VITAMIN D3 BENEFITS

Vitamin D is an essential nutrient that offers numerous health benefits. Also called the “sunshine vitamin”, it is known to support the immune system (4), maintain normal bones (2) and normal muscle function (3).

It is estimated that 1 billion people worldwide are deficient in vitamin D (6). Common symptoms of deficiency include fatigue, low mood, bone loss, weight gain, bone or muscle pain, and an increased susceptibility to illness and infection.

Sunlight is the best source of vitamin D, so there is a higher risk of deficiency in the winter months, particularly in northern regions. If you don’t live in a sunny country, vitamin D3 supplements are the best way to keep your levels up. Always speak with a healthcare professional before taking any supplementation.
